- Comment on The Tech Company Bringing Surveillance Dystopia to Your Town 1 week ago:
You’re tax dollars pay for them, the data they collect should be public. When they are given the choice of public availability of the data or shutting it down they seem to opt to shut it down. This is what seems to be happening in Washington state after courts ruled in favour of public access.
- Comment on The Big Short Guy Just Bet $1 Billion That the AI Bubble Pops 2 weeks ago:
Now I most definitely don’t want it to pop 🤣 moreso because the reality is the bubble popping doesn’t hurt them it only hurts all the idiots who spent their meager earnings on this shit.

Don’t worry you can just subscribe monthly to delete me and they will ask nicely for it to be removed.
Oh wait it doesn’t actually work. Imagine if the people in charge weren’t a thousand years old.
- Comment on US Government Urges Total Ban of Our Most Popular Wi-Fi Router 3 weeks ago:
But that’s not really answering anything. Why? What makes their products more insecure or hackable than other brands? Like do they have ports open by defaults? Is the interface they use insecure and easily hacked? Or is this purely a “were not sure exactly but they probably have a back door”
- Comment on This mom’s son was asking Tesla’s Grok AI chatbot about soccer. It told him to send nude pics, she says 3 weeks ago:
I hate Elon but this just seems sus, like I mean it clearly wasnt grok but an LLM trained on the Epstein files. Epstein didn’t kill himself they just uploaded him into the grid using some crazy Disney technology and now he’s asking children for nudes.

You know you can setup a stack for piracy in less than 10min on a $40 microcomputer or even on an old android phone. And with the right setup you can automate the downloads meaning you just search for stuff and it downloads it without effort.
Time and money, not so much.
