Cat 5e
The fact that your old cable was cat5e has no bearing whatsoever on you getting shit speeds before changing cables. The gigabit spec was codified and products were on the market before the cat5e spec was ratified. Gigabit ethernet was literally made for standard cat5. I bet your previous cable was terminated incorrectly, and was only using two of the four pairs, limiting you to 100mbit.

However, big battery in an EV doesn't really make sense since it should be plugged in every day when you get home for a few hours
Except some people actually travel. Who wants to stop and charge every 100 miles?

Doesn't the average internal combustion engine car go something like 600 to 1000 miles on a tank of fuel?
I'm guessing you don't actually drive.

No, they're not split. Each one of those results you get from yt-dlp is a different version of the same video. I.e. different resolutions, different codecs. Some of them are the audio, some of them are the video, but they're not split.

how can it be that my little mini J1900 Celeron (2 GHz) with 4 GB RAM cannot handle this bandwith?
Because it's ancient, and when it was new it was bottom-of-the-barrel.

As someone who's accepted crypto as payment for about 10 years now, it really isn't. Income is income to the IRS. You pay taxes on the value of the crypto you received as payment, full stop. It really doesn't matter what you accept as payment. Could be crypto, could be russet potatos.
