All of those derivative works are licensed.
- Comment on Microsoft’s AI boss thinks it’s perfectly OK to steal content if it’s on the open web 12 hours ago:
Creating a derivative work without a license to do so would be copyright infringement.
- Comment on Microsoft’s AI boss thinks it’s perfectly OK to steal content if it’s on the open web 12 hours ago:
Yes but you don’t have a right to create derivative works which by definition is all that AI can spit out.

I unfortunately had to watch all the movies because I had a child of the appropriate age range that wanted to watch them. Every last one was boring as all hell. Some of them were even in the theater so I added a little to them being popular. But they were not good.

My mom ironed everything that came out of the dryer (and everything that came out of the washer went in the dryer)

- Comment on My mom's doctor be like 1 week ago:
I remember the big arguments about enacting a no smoking rule in meetings at work. Just the meeting rooms. It was of course presumed that people could smoke in their office.
- Comment on My mom's doctor be like 1 week ago:
My mom smoked until her last breath after slowly dying from COPD. I just assume she didn’t quit or slow down any of the times she was pregnant.

Dude think about it – do you really want to eat pizza that’s been duct taped to the box? I was also working the funny.

If you’re using sickbeard, switch to medusa. The originally developer of sickbeard is a nut case. He took the project back from the team that was doing development so they forked it and renamed Medusa.

You should have opened the box and taped the pizza down.

Its like when normal people say they hate the Green Bay Packers, what they really mean is they hate the people that are fans of the Packers.

I used one as recent as the mid 2000’s. There was some sporting event going on (probably women’s world cup) and I wanted to watch the game while playing in Ultimate league. Streaming wasn’t as prevalent as it is now and the game was on OTA channel.

He used a banana, an organic dildo, and a carrot. It snapped the carrot and then he decided to try with his arm, hand, and finger.
- Comment on Lawsuits test Tesla claim that drivers are solely responsible for crashes 1 month ago:
Specifically Auto Pilot is lane keep and traffic aware cruise control (it will slow down if you’re going faster than the car in front) FSD adds auto lane changes (it can do it by itself or the driver can initiate with the turn signals), makes turns necessary to follow navigation. It does a pretty decent job on freeways.
That they are working on now is getting FSD to work better on city streets and secondary highways

I totally hit the 30 year olds 30 years ago and my son is in the same age range now. He can’t afford to live on his own and I figured that if I was going to help him, I’d rather buy a condo for him to live in. I plan on putting it in his name when its paid off. Then I know he’ll have stable housing after I die. HOA + property taxes + utilities are way cheaper than rent.

At my son’s place, the person that was renting from the previous owner did not use the provided USI but instead paid for CenturyLink, USI had to come and rewire to the patch panel in the utility closet. The tech was great.
