Why don’t you share what games you’ve worked on so we can all decide whether to give a shit about your opinion

I go to protests at my courthouse every week man. Like you said they never stop, but it also doesn’t stop what’s happening.
It hasn’t stopped what happened to the federal government, and it wouldn’t stop a military takeover of Canada. The kind of fighting we need is considered “disruptive” by almost everyone, and there’s never enough people willing to do it.

Bitch we didn’t even fight for our own freedom

“brown colored water” very weird way of describing coffee but okay lol

Yeah I mean they straight ripped it off lol
- Comment on Could I render the computer-generated graphics from Toy Story (1995) in real time using a single modern home computer? 2 weeks ago:
That game came out 8 years ago???
- Comment on Am I going crazy, or has people's spelling gotten awful lately? 3 weeks ago:
I’ve noticed mine got worse for some reason in the last five years. So many words that I’ve had no issue spelling I’ve lost confidence in spelling and need to look it up. Happened around COVID for me, not sure why.
- Comment on 6* months away now. If you're on 10, do you plan to upgrade? Make the jump to Linux? 4 weeks ago:
People might get a little emotional about it but I bounce between Linux Mint, windows 10, and windows 11 and honestly I totally agree that windows 11 is trash. When my windows 10 computer reaches it’s limit, I might try to figure out how to run games on Linux/proton or whatever that is.
- Comment on Are Nintendo's $80 online game prices a result of tariffs or is Nintendo just using them as an excuse to price gouge as corporations do? 4 weeks ago:
AAA games have been 70 bucks for a while, but I’m not sure of any base switch games that were 80 bucks. Could be wrong tho…
- Comment on So this is it, is trump god? Will Republicans sacrifice their own well being to own the libs? 4 weeks ago:
I see that shit so often on Reddit and you hit the nail on the head. Like so many people blame feminists or some shit for making them vote for trump.
- Comment on How can you oppose tariffs, while supporting a hardline against China on Taiwan? 4 weeks ago:
This post is all over the place. Temporary indiscriminate tariffs on every trading partner won’t bring manufacturing jobs to America. What does that have to do with helping Taiwan?
- Comment on Switch 2 mouse mode (such potential) 4 weeks ago:
Yeah I think Lemmy often forgets that kids exist and are the target audience for Nintendo games. I say good for them, it might be hella expensive but at least Nintendo appears to be providing a “safe” place for kids to use the internet. There’s really nothing for kids anymore these days other than getting an eating disorder on tiktok.

I gave up fast food a few months ago after relying on it when my weeks got super busy. Now I meal prep and plan ahead, and I’ll be honest, while I’m much healthier and more full of energy, fast food absolutely saves time. If you know what you want you just walk in, say what you want, sit for 5 minutes while you work or decompress, get your food and leave. It’s like a 30 minute process including eating and cleaning. There is no meal I can make, eat, and clean in that amount of time. If you can, I think you’re exceptionally efficient and I would like some pointers lol

Well this adult wants a colorful, fun, whimsical eatery to forget the humdrummery of daily life, is that too much to ask?
- Comment on YSK Elon Musk's actions are not random and the Silicon Valley's hostile take over of the federal government was planned over the last decade. 2 months ago:
Yeah but in the meantime a lot of people will be imprisoned or worse for committing no crimes. They won’t get to see that better day
- Comment on There should be a term for people who never really returned from the pandemic's social isolation 5 months ago:
Same, and honestly it eats me away inside
