Ok I answer her without watching the video or any knowledge:
I assume you need to download the github project and compile it yourself (except there are releases on the right side)
You should follow the readme in the project.
There should be an information about where you should put the roms.
The roms can be (legally) download on different websites. It’s legal for archive reasons (afaik).

The whole health care sector is capitalism and it should be government lead.
- Comment on Cyberattack forces major US health care network to divert ambulances from hospitals 6 months ago:
Happened in Germany recently. They could continue to operate since everything is still backed up in paper, but everything went slower and new emergency patients couldn’t be accepted.
It is shocking that the digital level of the hospitals is still in the 70s.

Yes and no.
In a civilized country you could still engage with your hobbies and/or passion while working for a minimum wage.
But yes it is worse that those who loved their job now are working for free or not at all.
And even in Europe the conditions are worsening. The gap between rich and poor is increasing until the rich own everything.
- Comment on Ah, Yes! AI Will Surely Save Us All! 6 months ago:
Well cooperations usually just pay enough that the job gets done.
Meaning before we had underpaid artists that did it because they love their work and accepted inhumane wages and now they are replaced by even cheaper AI.
- Comment on Ah, Yes! AI Will Surely Save Us All! 6 months ago:
It isn’t replacing artists. It’s a tool that makes it easier for everyone.
Meaning the competition increases and prices drop.
- Comment on fossil fuels 6 months ago:
How much do you think it will change, if people really do the minimum consumption within their possibilities?
And how much will it change, including people’s habits, if you make laws that force companies to consider their co2 output as a problem?
answer
1. About maybe at max 20 - 30% probably much less. 2. Probably about 60 - 90%.
- Comment on fossil fuels 6 months ago:
Because oil companies paid millions or even billions for propaganda that climate change isn’t real or not their fault.

- Comment on YouTube’s ad blocker crackdown now includes third-party apps 7 months ago:
Non disruptive ads were meant to advertise.
Slightly annoying ads were meant to be seen more since people just ignored banners by default.
Hidden ads (like an ad in an article which you really could tell it was an ad) were meant to increase the image of a company.
Disruptive ads like in YouTube or Spotify aren’t meant for advertising. They don’t really care about the advertising money, they want to force you to buy premium. The more annoying the ad is the higher the chances you pay 20€ a month for them to go away.

The end is here. You will love not owning your TV and its sending ads directly into your brain.
Your phone will make calls without you and your PC will do the work for you so can watch more ads.

Currently they are cheaper despite the financial support for fossils but back then it was not and not enough was spent on research
- Comment on CFCs 8 months ago:
Problem with that is that in comparison the alternative to FCKW was not that more expensive and then a cheaper one was invented shortly after.
For climate change you basically can double our energy costs and therefore double the cost of almost everything.

- Comment on Finland detects more GPS jammers as drivers increasingly try to hide their tracks | Yle News | Yle 8 months ago:
So professional drivers, watched by their employer, are using those to escape the control.
Even if they allow them to disable the GPS, it would be a reason for firing smb. Or to cut their wage since, drivers with GPS on will get a bonus if they are faster. Or sth shit like that.
