I am a bit confused; what is trying to be communicated here?
- Comment on Cable lobby and Republicans fight proposed ban on early termination fees / Customers should be allowed to cancel cable TV without penalty, Democrats say 11 months ago:
Actually, quite the opposite.
I believe that in general the economy should be left free, but not in cases of extreme recession or inflation (ex. Right now). In fact, that’s basically one of the three reasons the federal government was established; to regulate currency and economy, to regulate mail, and to solve disputes between states.
That being said, a private company should be able to run their business how they want to run it without being told off by a government.

While this would be wonderful, I also believe that Cable providers are private companies, and shouldn’t be regulated by the government.

- Comment on Pluralistic: "If buying isn't owning, piracy isn't stealing" 11 months ago:
I never endorsed it. Sure, it may be justified, but that doesn’t make it legal.

An associate of mine defines stealing as, “taking (either by cloning or removing) something (either digital or physical) of which is not of your original possession”
If anyone has a rebuttal, please help.
- Comment on Democrats urge tech companies to contain abortion misinformation 11 months ago:
The only “health risk” there is in abortions is making a biological system function incorrectly. Even if the mother is in danger, there are many other solutions than termination (C-Sections for a start).
And, let’s just say it’s okay for rape/incest, those only account for about 3% of abortions (feel free to fact-check me on that).
The only “misinformation” here is pro-choicers trying to silence pro-lifers trying to fight for what they believe in.

So, you want actual soundly-minded medical professionals who know what they’re talking about, and not just a bunch of nose-pierced gen Zers on tiktok.
I approve.
- Comment on [deleted] 11 months ago:
Honestly, I’ll discuss it literally anywhere (that’s obviously on topic), and if it gets deleted then all it tells me is they’re just another liberal that has the “if you’re not with me, you’re against me” methodology.
P.S. I don’t care about what other people think, and if it makes me fail a job interview, then I don’t want to work for that company.
Yea, I said it.

Blind people. Really offensive to say something that other people can’t experience themselves.

That’s no call to action, all those lyrics are saying is that the author believes God will punish them, he’s not telling everyone else to do the same.
