That and water. The amount of clean drinking water that is wasted is staggeringly high, both personal use and in big industry.

He’s not that bad. He’s not perfect by any means, but the Neil hate cult is just over the top.

It’s too expensive. $500 is already too much for these things.
But capitalism’s gotta capitalism.
- Comment on Teacher pay needs to nearly double to afford a typical house 4 months ago:
Cops should be paid a lot, but the danger should be part of the job and risk. I’m thinking specifically of those Uvalde cowards who did nothing and let kids get killed. Their job should be the risk, to take the bullets, so as to save and help the innocent. That’s the risk they should take, and get paid well specifically for that.
Many of our cops are overweight lazy traffic cops who give poor people speeding tickets who are late for their shitty job they can’t afford to be late to. Or parking wrong, or whatever.
Teachers deserve a lot more too, way more for different reasons obviously. Unless they’re forcing some religious nonsense poison into the minds of growing kids, fuck that.

Knock these things down and plant trees and stuff.
While we’re at it knock all the corporate 9to5 office work buildings where all the employees can work from home and plant trees and stuff there too.
Trees and ponds and natural parks and shit, hiking trails…etc.

Oh I’ll give you that, I’d love the gov to seize it and make it a public utility. First order of business is put the name back to twitter because duh. And bring back the little blue bird cuz it reminds me of birdie sanders.
Ain’t gonna happen though lol.
- Comment on People are having trouble following Harris’s campaign Twitter account 5 months ago:
I’m childish and downvote anyone who refers to twitter as “x”. It’s like you’re on your knees licking Elons bum, right after he told you to call it x, you did what you were told lol.
Also I never got on the twitter bandwagon as it just didn’t appeal to me. My social media addiction was reddit.
Twitter sucks. X is a letter. Or a variable in algebra.

I understand privacy and stuff, but sometimes people take it and “muh freedoms” way too seriously overboard.
I never said there might not be legitimate reasons to avoid tracking. I’m saying sometimes it’s taken too seriously to the point of silliness and forgoing convenience for the sake of “I don’t want the gub’ment tracking me” freedom nonsense. There will be times when it makes sense, there will be times when it’s just silly.

- Comment on New Doom Game Could Be Announced At Xbox Showcase In June 7 months ago:
Yep, agree to agree here. I just thought the gameplay improvements in eternal were fun. But I agree the way you put it, kind of a departure from what doom should be.
- Comment on New Doom Game Could Be Announced At Xbox Showcase In June 7 months ago:
Nah my comparison is to 2016. I just thought it was overdone in eternal to the point of silliness. Subjective opinion obviously.
It wasn’t all bad though. The introduction to the “evil twin” doomguy was kinda fun. So if no DLC you missed that at least.
- Comment on New Doom Game Could Be Announced At Xbox Showcase In June 7 months ago:
Yeah I mostly agree with you. Except there was plot and lore in 2016, it was just minimalist as you said, but more importantly it was executed really well. It had the “doom” feel. In addition to awesome gameplay and soundtrack.
Eternal was great for the gameplay, and even an improvement in some ways. The lore and plot was ridiculous though. Way overdone, didn’t feel like doom.
I say go back to 2016 style with the gameplay improvements of eternal.
