Why is a site called “www.realtorbuzz.com” posting cellphone reviews? Shouldn’t a site with that name talking about, I don’t know, real estate? How to be a good Realtor? Something other than the latest cellphone?

Considering how much he paid for Twitter I question his understanding of money and therefore his claim of “breaking even”.

- Comment on Public trust in AI is sinking across the board 10 months ago:
I guess those who just have to be on the bleeding edge of tech trust AI to some degree.
Never trusted it myself, lived through enough bubbles to see one forming and AI is a bubble.

Good thing I’m not on that shitty platform anymore.
- Comment on Are there any genuine benefits to AI? 11 months ago:
No no you found the actual “use” for AI as far as businesses go. They don’t care about the human cost of adopting AI and firing large swaths of workers just profits.
Which is why governments should be quickly moving to highly regulate AI and it’s uses. But governments are slow plodding things full of old people who get confused with toasters.
As always capitalism kills.

They will add someone who’s job it is to click okay to every decision the AI makes. Therefore the AI isn’t making a decision the human always clicking okay is.

The traded one fiat currency for another then realized that was a really dumb idea. Like betting your life savings every day on black or red at the roulette table as a retirement plan. So of course they are butthurt.

- Comment on US regulators crack down on AI playing doctor in healthcare 11 months ago:
Recently had a “incident” when I found out one of my doctors didn’t have email and I needed to get a form to them to complete and send back before another different doctors appointment. Normally I’d just sigh and drive back but this doctors office would have been another 1hr round trip.
Ended up signing up for a free efax trial then worrying all day as I didn’t get the form back. Call in the morning and they had decided to just fax it to the other doctor for me, and did so shortly after they received the form, but didn’t think it important to tell me. Murder definitely crossed my mind a few times that day.

Very nice! Sadly I have no idea what to look out for before turning it on. A searchydoo of the internet brings up some videos on restoration that may be useful but you’d have to watch them to really know.
