Mine looked like shit inside, and I bet yours do to.
I had some TPU85 tangled up in the gears, requiring a disassembly, so I figured I’d give it a proper clean while I already had it taken apart.

Is this sv08? I have it on my list of printers to buy (owned sv06 and ace before) is it any good? Any recurring problems?
What’s that good? Not sure if burnt filament from a leaky assembly, or epoxy from trying to seal said leak.
Burnt filament, actually came off easily.
That’s looks like you fucked up when you assembled the hotend and didn’t do it correctly.
Nah that’s just creality qc, it was preassembled.
If you change materials as much as I do you are treated to a clog often enough that I can say my extruder is clean. 🤓
MxRemy@piefed.social 2 weeks ago I refuse to use any extruder without easily accessible gears anymore, for that exact reason lol. Using a Galileo2 on a Stealthburner I’d get flexible filaments wrapped around the gears alllll the time, and disassembling it was super annoying. Now it’s wristwatch style all the way!
I had the extruder in my Qidi apart just last night because I had the tip of a piece of ABS snap off inside during a filament change. I found a bunch of dust presumably from various instances of filament grinding from the last few months, probably due to e.g. running the hotend at the wrong temperature for the filament due to being a dummy. It happens occasionally.
It’s not too tough to access on my machine but one of these years I will remember that you need to drop the heater block assembly out first, and then remove the gear cover. Just… not this time.

Particularly important if you expect to be on the receiving end of a butt play session.
