  Sometimes driving as a Uber people like to “teach” all the way, and I just keep following the GPS. And then when they diverge from the GPS, I keep ignoring. They stop talking and arrive at their destination the same way😮‍💨. The trip could have a lot more enjoyable for both of us, but oh well…

    The last time I rode an Uber, my driver did that and we got stuck in traffic as I advised we would. It was really awkward to sit there in silence for 25 minutes until we could get off the highway.

      I mean the reason that I don’t listen to them anymore its exactly this reason. The GPS says its faster for this way and the person ask to go to a fucked up street that only passes one car at the time (And its both ways) and I just ignore it

    Huh. Only time I say something is either “watch out, poloce likes to camp over there” and “…we’re going wrong way”.

    The second one came twice. Both times, the driver ignored GPS xD

  Not for nothing but enshittification has really sparked a renewed appreciation for good old fashioned taxi drivers. Especially to and from the airport.
