It’s pretty good! Definitely have room to improve, but it tastes alright. And now I have beer for the next 3 weeks…
Try saving some for aging, properly made homebrews, unlike commercial packaging, store for ages and improve marvelously. Nobody told me this when I started.
How long though? It will peak at some point and then it’s all downhill after that. I usually just end up drinking pretty quickly as I run out of bottles and space to store everything (and beer in the fridge).
I don’t know! All I know is that those that were stored for about 5 years were still getting better.
