I can’t believe there is a North or the River South of the river divide in BMI for Perth! Is there more fast food SOR?
It’ll be down to the golden triangle being north of the river. And maybe midland and armadale being south.

Walkbility would also be a huge factor. If you can walk to the shops on a sunny day, you’re gonna do that. If you have to drive half an hour to anywhere, you’re gonna get real sedentary
