The UK already had its own epstein island moment with a child sex traficking scandal involving british parliment, it vanished inside a week.

I think the question is, does London actually have the files? Washington has the files, which is why it’s down to the Americans to release them.

Others have said it already, but by contrast, the big paedo controversy in the UK a few years back, Washington didn’t have those files, so Washington couldn’t have exposed London in that way. Just like London can’t expose Washington here. London may have had its own investigation into Epstein, but they don’t have all the files that Washington has. They may have some of them. But the UK is very much, in some of the sense, “the 51st state,” meaning their fate and destiny is somewhat, at least, based on the strength of the US. Can the UK stand entirely on its own, or without US support? I would like to think so, but London certainly enjoys the support it has, and I do believe PM Starmer and President Trump are allies, if not friends, and agree on some important things. So no, London isn’t going to take hostile action against Washington, and Starmer isn’t going to sign off on an attack on Trump, because they are not enemies.

I think the better question is if Elon Musk could get his hands on them and release them unredacted? I think he has the skill, and he and Trump keep butting heads, but I don’t see him going for the nuclear option. Besides, and what a lot of people don’t seem to realise is, no one is going to change their mind about Trump whether he’s in the files or not. We all know he is. He doesn’t care because he can’t get a third term as president, which is why he was holding up food stamps for weeks, he was trying to start riots so he could declare martial law and suspend elections. That’s his only play for power past 2028, but he’s also 80-odd years old, he’s not going to be in power long regardless. It’s the younger men in his party who are implicated in the files, who could shape party politics for decades to come, they’re ultimately trying to protect, while trying to spin the files against the opposing party.

  As for Musk releasing it.... that gave me a good chuckle.
  
  Most of his money comes from investments in other big money people. Whose names are guaranteed to be on the list, on the off chance that Musk's isn't.
  
  He ain't gonna risk his wealth on some silly plebeian demand for justice. Just like the orange shitsack, the South African perv will too distract about the files as long as he can then release similarly redacted ones.
  
  There's literally NOBODY in the current political palette of the US - with maybe excepting a few younger faces who literally couldn't have been involved with Epstein AND have no corporate overlords dictating their policy, looking at you, AOC and Mamdani - who could have a chance at the 2028 presidency AND would have the wherewithal to release the files, screw the consequences, completely unredacted.

  I'd fully expect that all Five Eyes members have a copy of them. Maybe not fully certified, therefore isn't really releaseable, but the copies are there.

  Because these “radical hacker groups” often support the right, not the left. They’re not going after their friends.
  
  The whole “Guy Fawkes” and “for the people” is just a smoke screen. They aren’t your friend and they certainly aren’t your champion. At best, they do what they want, and taking down the alt right is not something they want to do. Wishing for them to do it is one thing, but don’t hold your breath.

  On the other hand, it sounds like thousands of people have been involved in handling them.
  
  There are probably dozens of people with their own copies, ready for use as blackmail.

If you are referring to the UK government, I’m going to guess no. They either don’t have the full version or they won’t be interested in releasing the files themselves. The brother of the current pointy hat wearer is up to his non-sweaty elbows in this mess and they don’t want to have to deal with this and damage the monarchy further.

If you’re referring to a UK publication, they will probably not be able to release the full dossier. They would have to carefully tread around any UK citizen or noble d-head involved because they don’t want to be knee deep in defamation lawsuits.

What we need is a country that no one thinks they’re biased or has an agenda or much to lose under a 250,000 percent US tariff. So not Russia or Venezuela. Or China or Iraq or Afghanistan or Canada or Denmark … Maybe Vanuatu will do. The only problem is that even if the entire dossier was accurate and unedited, you won’t have to wait long until reasonable doubt gets injected into the public debate that it was doctored before release. The effect of the release will not lead to immediate resignations, firings, arrests, etc.

I would guess that leading English speaking newsrooms probably have access to enough of it already and that what’s there is not enough for a spectacular release. And a possible kill order of the pedophile in prison will probably not have left a paper trail. And it will not clearly say Trump or Bubba raped teenagers although the smoke around the fire will be tough to ignore. Circumstantial evidence is not the same as proof.
