A modest proposal to find some cash to pay federal employees during furlough.
I know a lot of people are wearing some masks in DC. I heard that hardest costume to come by is called ‘The Honest Man’ because nobody knows what one looks like anymore.

It’d be so fucking easy to grab a photo of a spiritual Halloween sign and overlay it on the building. Half assed, not even photo shopped. Would still be better than this slop.
