I’m a casual anime fan, my main references being Ghibli, Full Metal Alchemist, Cowboy Bepop etc, in general, I like good art and good scenario. So I want to follow discussions about this type of anime.
However, I am very uncomfortable at the countless anime that sexualize minors (and minor looking supposedly adults) or over sexualized women.
Is there a community for this interest? I am too much of a casual to animate such community myself.
Like others, I don’t know about a comm but I’ll rec a few series. Biased towards isekai because it’s what I often watch.

In my post I recommended Promised Neverland, Ranking of Kings, and OddTaxi as maybe Zero fanservice.
I’d say that Frieren, Sihate no Paladin (btw: its “Faraway Paladin” in English), Spy x Family as maybe 1/5 or 2/5 fanservice. Tame in the great scheme of things but … its worth discussing.
Frieren has some “Fern has large breasts” jokes. 1/5 Fanservice, low but there’s some jokes there that might make people uncomfortable especially given that Fern is young.
Spy x Family has the Sister x Brother thing going on. Discomfort is obviously the point. 2/5 Fanservice.
The Faraway Paladin had a few uncomfortable jokes I caught regarding Will walking in on Mary. Overall 1/5 but maybe like 3/5 on that one scene and its implications especially how Blood acts afterwards. Maybe I’m just overreacting to that one scene from earlier though but I think that’s exactly the issue that the original poster was talking about. (Like 99% of a show is solid and that weird 1% joke just throws you off with way too much of a sex joke, especially given how tame the rest of the show was). But yeah, aside from like, that one or two scenes (which I’d only rate 3/5 on fanservice in isolation, nothing close to like Kill la Kill), the rest of the show is either 0/5 or 1/5.
This is another one. Its largely tame and fun. But there’s a lot of prepubescent blushing, marriage proposals, getting together and dating. There’s the “adopted brother x sister” thing going on though, so I’d have to push the rating to 2/5 at least.

I’ll recommend Promised Neverland, Ranking of Kings, OddTaxi my top recommends for zero-fanservice shows.
There is slight fanservice (less than Cowboy Bebop) in Zenshu, that I think most people will find tasteful (a little bit of a silly hot naked springs scene but seriously Faye/Cowboy Bebop was a lot worse).

Fair, I haven’t watched it in a long time, but by checking again I agree. At least her identity and design are clearly adult and she’s a strong core character, not just fan service. To be clear I am not in favor of zero sexuality, it’s part of human culture and it can be intelligently used for the scenario. My problem is when it becomes a creepy commercial trope that feeds social issues, especially for minor looking characters.
From what I saw, Kill La Kill crosses the border too much for me. She’s fully sexualized and she is a 17 year old minor. I don’t think the parody label dismissed the issue. It wouldn’t cost much to make her an adult, so why didn’t they? The scenario would be ruined, or the creepy commercial trope would get weaker?
I don’t know the other ones.

Ranking of Kings: Bochi, the 1st Prince and 1st in line to the throne of the Kingdom of Bosse, is deaf, mute, and weak. The sickly Heroic King is worried about what will happen to the kingdom after he dies. Classic Fairytale feel and tropes (magic mirrors, emperor has no clothes, blood magic, deals with devils, magical stepmoms, shadow people, etc. etc.)
Oddtaxi: Murder Mystery / Noir story with a twist. The protagonist is the Taxi Driver with damn good memory. The taxi rides of his customers largely have to do with the murder mystery and leads to the core of the murder. www.youtube.com/watch?v=jX-Ry1VxeDQ

Opening 1 and 2 for My Dress Up Darling. Obviously a fanservice show with all the dresses (and sometimes sexy-dresses) involved. But since its female-gaze centered, its a different feel.
Not a community, but check out “The Fable” if you’re interested in anime that aren’t sci-fi or fantasy. There’s no sexualization in it or even any minors.
I don’t know about a community, but if you’re looking for suggestions, I can think of a few off the top of my head.
But anime, especially anything based on Shonen which is aimed at adolescent boys, is likely to have some “fanservice”. Watch 5 minutes of any episode of One Piece, and you might assume it’s porn from the outfits and figures. Even Cowboy Bebop has a few lingering scenes of scantily clad women. But these are great shows if you can get comfortable with the sexuality on display.
There’s plenty of great anime out there that isn’t shounen and doesn’t have fanservice though! Princess Jellyfish comes to mind, or City the Animation if you’d prefer something more recent.
Oh absolutely. My point was that sometimes the sexy bits come out of (seemingly) nowhere.

Moderator of !anime@ani.social here. As far as I am aware, there is not a community dedicated only to anime that fit your description. I do try to keep !anime@ani.social fairly clean as far as visuals/posters go, using only official artwork from the studios as opposed to all the fan artwork in other communities that tends to skew more risque. However, there aren’t any rules forbidding discussion of shows that would contravene the guidelines you have laid out.
If you do make or find a community with this focus, feel free to let me know and I can add it to the sidebar. Also, you could make an announcement post in !anime@ani.social if you create it so that more people know about it. That is something that we have done for other show-specific communities in the past that has helped kickstart a new community.
As for the moderation load of creating/running a community, it really isn’t too bad. Not every community needs to be as busy as !anime@ani.social to be successful. The moderation load isn’t too bad either. People on the fediverse have been fairly well behaved in that regard. You can look at the modlog in !anime@ani.social and see that the vast majority of the moderator actions I have taken have been pinning/unpinning the weekly posts.
