Where I’m from it’s spelt centring, but I think Randall’s referring to “doanate”.

Usually they pay graphic designers to extort others.
Often by extorting those graphic designers, too. Pay a little and offer “exposure” (or find a way to blatantly rip off other designers). Anything to mitigate that bottom line.
Addendum: you can die from exposure.
