While only Episode 1 has been officially released, all 12 episodes have appeared on unauthorized torrent sites. The material appears to be finalized, including full animation and audio, though the source of the leak remains unknown.
One of the circulating torrent file descriptions includes a link to a Japanese streaming site, happydouga.jp, though its connection to the leak is unverified and may have been falsely added by the uploader.
This definitely sucks but at least it seems like they had a good enough schedule to finish the season before airing. So… not a completely bad news?
Yeah, that actually surprised me the most here. The fact that all of it can leak at once seems like a good sign
I feel bad for the people who worked on it.

When this has happened in the past for a handful of episodes, I have allowed for some early discussion threads…but in this case I am going to have the bot stick to the official schedule. For one thing, these leaks don’t have any subs, so most of this community would be unable to participate. Also, this leak is a whole season rather than the drip-feed of 1-2 episodes that we have had in the past.
So, normal spoiler rules apply for this show and discussion threads will still be created according to the official release schedule.
