    If your main stitch is muscle stitch it could be a problem

  It’s so weird. I totally forgot that’s a thing. They’re one of the main reasons why I hated running in gym class, and I guess, subconsciously, why I never wanted to exercise even as an adult.

  I started running almost two years ago and haven’t experienced it yet.

    Seriously, nothing has ruined exercising as an adult as much as gym class. It took me YEARS after being out of school to finally enjoy running.
