    Thoughts

    1. Potential generational fumble by Netflix. They thought they could simuldub but couldn’t pull it off.
    2. We’ll have a case study of what I assume a hybrid batch+simultaneous release would be like.

    Livechart says that english subs will be available on a week delay in at least some regions (“Asia-Pacific”, allegedly), so with a VPN it should be accessible much sooner. Either way, though, Netflix is doing what they do again…

  This doesn’t appear to be doing anything new (at least so far) but Cloverworks’ gorgeous animation and direction really sell it regardless. Everyone’s very cute and I’m eager to see them grow. I give the premiere a 4/5.
