  what remon says, these are most likely all posts from the 196 community, it’s common to name a post just rule there, or something with rule.

  You’re probably looking at posts of one of the “196” communities. The main rule in these communities is “post before you leave” and most posts just use the title “rule” to refere to that.

  Not lemmy exclusive, it was around on reddit, too.
