Now go watch the “cripple fight” episode of South Park for a fun treat!
Watching "They Live!" has opened my eyes to how often the movie is referenced, as if I put on the same sunglasses

I felt that way about watching the human centipede which I did by total accident. It is constantly being referenced and I would never have understood any of it. I literally heard a refence to it in the past couple of days.

Listened to Kraftwerk’s “Autobahn” today for the first time to a very similar effect.

No, it’s because it stay in cache, and when the simulation is overloaded, it directly takes an asset already resident in cache instead of loading a new one. Like the car in GTA3: x.com/ObbeVermeij/status/1790730197286752530?ref=…

I’m aware of the illusion, but very few topics feel as meta as this one
