You cant remove that double negative without making it incorrect. Its specifically about laws that prevent you from mitigating or bypassing enshittified parts of already enshittified platforms.
They also cause enshittification, but thats not what the article is about.

I’d go with “deshittification,” myself. It’s not important how or why they are shit, just that they are, and the laws in question prevent us from fixing it.
