The dumbest thing about this is that Trump was jn office when we needed these organizations the most. Oversaw a global health crisis while in office, and then basically ignored it and focused on getting re-elected.
What is odd about it? He has done similar.

I am not finding it, but the USA hada vaccine mass production facility on standby for years that Trump scuttled.
I didn’t say it was odd, I said it was dumb. He has a shining example from his first time in office of why we need this stuff, and he is ignoring it. He is a grade A moron if he thinks these things are unnecessary.
You know, it would be real cool if everyone just decided to ignore him and keep cooperating with the world.
