Pathetic, anything to protect big tobacco
Big tobacco are the same people selling those vapes. The bill is going to nip that revenue stream in the bud before it can mature.
They’re not though, in Australia. Most black macket vapes are coming from random Chinese companies. Almost all legal nicotine is coming from independant suppliers overseas who source it from Asian manufacturers. Vapes and related equipment are no different, SMOORE are probably one of the biggest manufacturers - en.smooretech.com
I used to sell the shit before the government got overzealous with legislation and now everyone is back on the ciggies
There are prescription vapes? 😯
Does ventolin count? :P
I don’t think you need a prescription for that anymore
In Australia, yes.
They can be prescribed for Medicinal Cannabis and also to help quit smoking.
I assume as a smoking cessation tool? idk, just speculating.

At this point there is zero logical reason that cigarettes aren’t banned. The only logical reasons are that the government likes the $40/pack tax more than Australians dying, or big tobacco donations… I am not advocating the ban of ciggies, it just makes zero sense to continue to go after vapes when turning a blind eye to the other ‘death maker’

I don’t think the Labor party gets these anymore or they wouldn’t be go after vapes in the first place.
