It’s not In Another World With My Smartphone levels of terrible but the story and dialog is seriously low-effort and cliche.
I was actually making a joke using a line from the anime that goes like this:
“You’re 1,000 years too soon for the dragon!”

wjs018@ani.social 6 months agoIs it bad? I remember reading a bit of the manga and dropping it because it didn’t hold my interest. When I saw this I thought that maybe the anime adaptation was somehow better if they are getting more seasons.

There’s animes worse than Isekai Smartphone (e.g. Isekai Cheat Magician) but they didn’t get a second season 🙄

The first season had an all-star VA cast, but it was like they were told to give their worst performances. It was full of animation errors as well. It just felt really sloppy overall.
