I was around for all the lettuce related outbreaks at Chipotle in 2015. The stock price tumbled like 40% because of that. Bunch of people got salmonella and E. coli.

Time to start microwaving my lettuce! Or (more reasonably), just keeping it cleaner/fresher than some unfortunate minimum-wage fast-food worker.

More like allow the migrant workers forced to pick it for sub minimum wage to have clean facilities to use instead of making them just poo in the field.
