Oh cool, I thought this wasn’t an option because the upload failed.

there’s an upload limit of 25MB

This must be it. IMO it’d be good if this limit is mentioned somewhere or made more prominent - perhaps in the wiki or the sidebar?

Yeah Lemmy’s errors can be vague sometimes. I’ll just add it to the sidebar.

I can add it to the wiki. It’d be nice if lemmy surfaced these limits, even if it is just the error message.

    If you use av1+opus/avif you can get the most out of the file limit.
