To be fair, S01 became a bit repetitive for me when binging it, so I started spreading it out after a the first half.
But S02 really came back strong and the first 3 episodes were absolute bangers and ep4 was decent. Gonna catch up on the most recent one in a minute!

At the end of season 1 I felt the gimmick has been spread too thin and ran its course. Very funny in the first few episodes but grew stale fast. When I gave S02E01 a go I immediately got the same sense. Do they switch it up a bit in later episodes by adding a new gimmick/joke setup/etc. ?

See my other comment, I felt the same about S01, it felt repetitive. S02 definitely remedies that. The main theme is still there, but the jokes are really good. I haven’t laughed that much in a while.
