Yes that is something that’s not right and you are entirely justified in being upset about it.
However it’s kind of unrelated as here you are being kind of a douchenozzle and shitting on people for liking different things than what you like. Which is kind of ironic give how much supposedly a lemming should be different from others and liking other things, like Linux over “Normie” windows.

I’m shitting in it.
It’s slow, has a ton of advertising, causes CTE, wastes money at colleges that would be better spent elsewhere, covers up sex crimes etc.
There are a ton of more interesting / exciting sports than American football.
I’ll still attend a gathering today but only because I like food and socializing whether the game is on isn’t really relevant to me .

Or at least if we retained ownership of the stadium afterwards. I’d be a lot less annoyed if we were charging rent to the teams who use them.
