Right. I hear people pushing passport cards. I can so easily imagine “Here’s my passport card” “Thanks”
“Where’s your id?” “I gave you my passport card” “No you didn’t/what passport card?”

To prevent these tragedies, the Trump administration will simply offer numerical tattoos that can’t be lost.
