The only kind I like even more than rock hard honey is the really tangy kind with lots of crunchy little crystals in it.

I guess that works if you use more runny honey but my honey is so stiff that you need to use a hammer and a chisel. I friggin hate honey that is almost liquid, it needs to be more like a rock.

That’s the good stuff.

Oh yeah, to me that’s my backup honey whenever the really hard stuff is out of stock. Happens every now and then since there’s like only one brand over here that sells it and I only buy domestic honey because it’s the only one I can trust to actually be real honey (honey counterfeiting is really in some cases).

I don’t like honey much - the taste, that is. But I use it to sweeten tea or curd (with raspberries or banana, for breakfast)

I mean that’s what I use it for. That’s why I prefer mostly solid honey because it’s easier to estimate how much to put in a cup of tea.

I’m all about creamed honey. It’s the consistency of peanut butter and has the happy crystals in it, if it’s not fresh.

Is your house really cold, or has the honey crystallized? You can heat up the honey to re-liquefy it, look up how.

Why? They like it that way. Look it up

I only read the first part of their comment before concocting my reply. I just assumed they thought hard honey was bad. I am ashamed.
