Not here in Germany. 50 is when you’re supposed to get your first one. Just read a pamphlet from my health insurance about what kind of screening checks they pay for.
To my knowledge some health insurance companies (AOK, TK, …) cover the costs for prostate examination starting with 45 and colonoscopy starting with 50.

I believe the recommendation has moved to 45 because the increase in colon cancer
