    I once ate at a place called Wok-A-Mole that served Chinese Mexican buffet, and had a mural of pandas wearing sombreros.

    I hope it’s that, but with good food

    Well, if we assume American-Chinese foods are based upon what’s available to make authentic dishes, then Chine-Mex is the equivalent for South US(border region mostly) and Mexico.
