Some ants are actually pretty good. There are green tree cutter ants that are an awesome sour snack.

Thereâs a reason mammals have evolved into ant eaters at least 12 different times and itâs not because ants are bad food.
High in protein, plentiful and tasty. A good bit of bush tucker.

So are shrimp and lobsters, basically. Some cultures eat dogs, others eat chickens, and some eat crickets/ants/weird-sea-crustaceans.
Iâm sure that some of the foods I ate as a kid would squick out many folks, but thatâs not due to anything inherent in them. Thereâs nothing weird about eating âbugs,â itâs just a weird semi-trained quirk you have.

I watched a Youtube video by Adam Ragusea about eating insects. He theorized that the only reason why bugs arenât delicious is because they are too small to remove out of their shell. So if you shrink a lobster abd have to eat the entire thing, it would taste like any bug.

Where would that be a legal tender?

The medium of exchange on an ant farm is tiny plows.
