No. Reporting, documenting, photographing, videotaping any law enforcement officer or law enforcement activity in plainly visible public spaces is protected under the First Amendment of the US Constitution. It’s not illegal, so I think ICE terrorists are getting what they want if people are afraid to exercise their constitutional rights.
