Comment on Why aren't the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Red Sea, the Baltic etc. considered Gulfs?

  I think it’s like this:

  Sea = Sea water surrounded by land

  Gulf = water that goes into land

    Is a gulf really all that different than a bay? Also I’m not seeing sea on here.
