hansolo@lemm.ee 1 week agoWell, if you take “custard” seriously, egg yolk is part of that. Obviously ice cream doesn’t include it, but there are frozen custard places that include pasteurized egg yolk.

Custard is a European thing, but plenty of examples of custards in Asia and the Americas.
Frozen custard is a a Midwest American thing.
