It isn’t wrong. They said it wasn’t terrorism at first. That is and will remain a fact and it is the point of the post.

As soon as the FBI got involved, they classified the attack as terroristic. If nothing else, it’s worth expressing that the Louisiana mayor is the one claiming it is not a terrorist attack, not the federal government as is implied.
