If nintendo cant successfully remove decades of ip from the internet while they are currently an active company, how do you expect them to do so if they have folded? This thread relates to emulation, which is alive and well, and likely not going anywhere.

The DLCS aren’t cosmetic - they’re “additional” storylines.
Why are you defending the practice of selling incomplete games with the option to pay to play the entire game ON DAY 1?
What? Is it additional storylines or part of the main game? Who fucking cares, dont buy it if you dont want to. I only recently played the yuffy story on ff7r and it didnt add shit to my experience.

I found this game a few years ago after playing a remake on Pico-8. The premise is youre an unhoused person who just got out of jail, and you have to collect cans and change, find work, get an education, and a nice job, all while avoiding several hazards like muggers and the IRS.
I found it surprisingly addictive and very fun.

If you get a usb remote you can bind the home button to rofi or something similar to make a quickstart menu for apps and websites you use most often.

20% minimum unless the service is horrible. It’s not your fault the servers are paid BELOW minimum wage because the employer expects you to tip. But it nonetheless is the expectation and is the right thing to do. If you can’t afford to tip correctly you can’t afford to eat out.

Actually, i found socat which seems to work just fine so far, and appears to be a standard linux command.
socat TCP4-LISTEN:8096 TCP4:192.168.86.2:8096
Thats a test i did with jellyfin at home
- Comment on Tunnelling a port from a separate computer 9 months ago:
Oh that makes sense because when i originally set it up, i did want all traffic routed through it. I guess i didnt realize it didnt have to be
- Comment on Tunnelling a port from a separate computer 9 months ago:
Something ive noticed from using wireguard from my phone is my traffic across the board slows down significantly while connected because everything is routed back home.
With tailscale can the user be connected, and only have a specific ip/domain routed through it? I also dont have access to the dvr’s internal system to run tailscale from it.
Anyway thanks for the lead, im reading up now

I dont have a samsung, but typically if you go to settings> apps, you can find the app > open by default. There you can remove the auto launch of that specific app. At that point next time it would normally auto launch, it will ask you to choose an app and you can select the one you want, and tell it to always open that one.
- Comment on I have a junk tablet, wifi, and around 5 bucks to spend. I need some ad free clean radio or playlists I can stream for 12 or so hours. 1 year ago:
Wfmu is a real radio station based in new jersey, so it will be as “clean” as any radio station. Im sure ive heard references to smoking weed, and some songs may be sexual in nature. But all regular FCC rules regarding radio content is followed.
The ip-tv link is a collection of rtmp web streams. There are specific adult channels up there. There’s also like pbs kids channels on there. You’ll have to use your best judgement.
Another thing I forgot to mention, you may want to check out f-droid.org. it is an open source alternative to the google play store. You should be able to find alternatives to music streaming apps that will not have trackers and ads. Each app’s page will detail any potential privacy concerns, such as interfacing with closed source web services, or ads.

Check out wfmu.org, its a great eclectic radio station (if you dont like what theyre playing, check back in an hour and it will probably be wildly different). Zero ads unless you count the bi-annual pledge drives. Theres a fan-made Android app called “woofmoo”
