- Comment on ICE agents pointed guns at a US citizen when she walked out on to her yard to ask why they were arresting her (legal immigrant) partner. 1 week ago:
This is not anywhere close to reality. You are already a slave, can you stop working and go enjoy life for a while? Didn’t think so. We certainly let them take our worth away though, you are right there. Workers, United, are stronger than all of “them” combined, and it is exactly why they have worked very diligently to convince people that things like “unions” are not good for you and will hurt your employment, when on fact it guarantees you a fairer slice of the pie. Still far from perfect, but we have more power together than we ever will alone.

Every day has two tidal flows, one usually being greater than the other. It’s science!
- Comment on Water Snek 1 week ago:
They probably did swim “straight” but it took them a really long time and this was the tidal flow during her swim, ergo they went straight but the water they were in moved back and forth.
- Comment on ICE agents pointed guns at a US citizen when she walked out on to her yard to ask why they were arresting her (legal immigrant) partner. 1 week ago:
Wage suppression has never come from immigration. It comes from shady business practices and a combined effort of the owner class to separate themselves from the working class. Have you not been hearing about record profits every quarter over the past two decades? Costs for everything have gone up in sync, except for the value of your labour, which has lost incredible amounts over the past 30-40 years.
They are taking the food out of our mouths to buy another Lamborghini. Immigration is a small drop in the barrel for why that’s happening, but the people who are to blame want you to blame it on immigrants, and not them. You bought it, hook line and sinker. How’s it feel to get played?
- Comment on Anal probing doesn't seem that bad 2 weeks ago:
Alien anal probes ha e and always will be the accepted form of gayness in the rural parts of America. No one wants to say they let Charlie dick them down when they got drunk in the field. “It’s aliens, I swear!!”
- Comment on And nothing of value was lost 2 weeks ago:
Is empathy only a human trait? Doubtful. Animals have been known to show empathy as well. Humans aren’t all that special, we’ve just learned to fuck over everything else on the planet.
- Comment on US condemns French inquiry into Elon Musk's social media platform X/Twitter. 2 weeks ago:
She’s still in there somewhere, locked away by propaganda. She needs to be deprogrammed, just like the rest.
- Comment on How did you decide what you generally wanted to do with your life? 2 weeks ago:
College. You have no idea what jobs are even possible to do until you put yourself out there. Learn a couple skills, find an avenue that interests you and dive in. I’ve just stumbled into most things but wanted to do something that would be useful in everyday life too. Became a cook then a chef, went to trade school for auto mechanics. Now I run a marina?! PSA: Don’t buy a boat!

Well for starters, Trump has gotta be one of the ugliest fucks around. No one wants that whispering in their ears or giving them commands in a sexy voice. I can’t imagine Trump even has a sexy voice, just more verbal diarrhea?!

- Comment on OpenAI CEO Sam Altman thinks some jobs will be 'totally, totally gone' thanks to AI, but he still wouldn't trust ChatGPT with his 'medical fate' 3 weeks ago:
AI would be great at replacing CEOs and upper management. Inane ideas that have no basis in reality. Slowing down the process by shoving their nose into things they have no business being involved in and trying to fix them when they ha e no idea what they are doing. Making regrettable remarks/decisions/actions on social media and bringing ire upon the company.
All these would be gone with AI at the helm, profits would be through the roof, executive costs would drop off a cliff, productivity would be up. Heck, they’d likely actually treat their workers fairly because they understand data and how to correlate it into action. AI can schmooze with the best of them and kiss the ass of anyone who needs it. I can’t think of a negative reason not to replace CEOs with AI immediately!

- Comment on Stellantis abandons hydrogen fuel cell development 4 weeks ago:
As in all types of research, yes. Some of it proves to be a good idea and gets wider adoption, some of it falls by the wayside. No one can predict which one it’s going to be until the dust settles, so yes some money will get “wasted” but not in the same way as say, a politician’s salary where they spend all their time stopping things from happening and don’t actually do anything or achieve anything. That’s a waste of taxpayer dollars.

- Comment on Why Americans Can’t Buy the World’s Best Electric Car 5 weeks ago:
You are wrong. American manufacturers are captured by the oil conglomerates to sell fuel. That’s why you have giant behemoths barrelling down the highways. F150s have almost doubled in size over the last two decades.

- Comment on Very water-resistant chalk for asphalt? 5 weeks ago:
Why? The whole point of chalk art is temporary. How are you going to clean the non water soluable substance you use? Chemicals? More permanent stuff is called paint, but it better be on your private property. The city does not want to immortalize your child’s brilliant art display.
- Comment on 2% Wealth Tax on Just 3,000 Billionaires Could Raise $250 Billion a Year: Nobel Economists 5 weeks ago:
It needs to be prohibitive to amass the kind of wealth these people are stealing from our pockets. They are making record profits and historical wealth off of decades of suppressed wages and they want us fighting each other instead of them about it. Fuck the system, fight the power.

Of Microsoft? That’s like business 101 my dude, and mostly why business schools should be burned to the ground. The system we have stifles innovation and promotes greed. We fucked.

- Comment on YSK that fracking is not safe. People living near fracking sites are more likely to develop serious diseases 1 month ago:
Everyone not being paid to do it would tell you it’s a bad idea. They break rocks in the substrata with no idea of how it will go or what effects it might have. Awuafers have been poisoned with natural gas, water tables have been ruined and misdirected. When the well is no longer profitable, they “cap” it and move on to greener pastures, letting the remaining gas bleed off into the environment unchecked. There are dozens of problems with fracking, but gas go boom so…
