Same, I’m just kind of waiting to see what happens while I use an iPhone with like 8 apps on it in the meantime

Ok, so now more than ever I need to disable Apple Intelligence…. Can we please have a Linux phone finally? Yes I know Graphene is an option but I’m not putting my faith in a system that is actively being fucked over by Google

- Comment on The Last Truly Custom Nintendo: A 3DS Retrospective 3 months ago:
It’s beautiful, yeah, I’m definitely one of the buy and sell devices people and I have a hard time seeing me give this one up. The only other consistent has been the ROG Ally with SteamOS and a 4tb ssd. But the buttons, screen, pocket-ability and clamshell have made this a prime handheld and that’s before even talking about how well the dual screen works
- Comment on The Last Truly Custom Nintendo: A 3DS Retrospective 3 months ago:
Exactly this, I’ve modded out 3DS and sold them for a while as a fun project. But it wasn’t until I got the Thor that I could really get into the games. I’m 16 hours deep into my first time playing Pokemon Y and looking forward to the dragon quest titles

I don’t use Roblox but it seems to have a working workaround for Linux
I would argue that Linux is a lot more customizable than windows, and can be a lot faster and more stable than either windows or MacOS.
I personally don’t like Ubuntu and am pretty content on Fedora after a decade of distro hopping

Not yet.

I probably could, but I’m also a recovering drug addict and my partner is pretty hesitant about a second device as it’s another way to hide things. However I’m the head of the MDM team so I’m not really nervous about what the company can see

I mean yeah honestly probably the best, but I’ll take any chance to rant against the idea of walled garden tech
- Comment on Apple has REMOVED the ICEBlock app from the App Store due to “objectionable content.” 4 months ago:
No doubt. I’ve gotten to the point where I have like 6 apps on my phone and it’s in lockdown mode on iOS. And I’d be on grapheneOS if I wasn’t required to use iOS for work.
- Comment on Apple has REMOVED the ICEBlock app from the App Store due to “objectionable content.” 4 months ago:
And this is why having 3rd party app stores is important. It’s why it matters that Google is killing side loading, if two fucking companies get to decide what you can do on your phone, we’re in a bad spot technology wise

- Comment on Americans Are Using PTO to Sleep, Not for Vacation—Report 4 months ago:
As an American who works for Germans with German benefits, I’m never leaving. The pay is probably 10% lower, but the 2 months of PTO and cheap/good health insurance mean I’ll stay until they drag me out
