all it does is remove the ability for people to be cunts with impunity. Try getting around a Reddit ban. There is no need for official IDs. The only ones who benefit from this are governments trying to root our dissent.

Look, I’ve lived throught the last three pictures and the only change is that now we look at different screens instead of one big one. I don’t get where people get this notion that people used to be super social and when phones appeared magically changed into hermits.

Ah, the Rule 1 violation. Mainly because they just pick the first thing as an excuse to ban.

At this point, I’m convinced anyone higher than a HOA president is in those files. For Epstein, all those people were his Pokémon.

Is the CDU also willing to put their money where their mouth is? We haven’t had one year without some internet service being breached. So, are those politicians going to pay when our real identities are exposed?
And when they’re at it, how about some actual recourse when you get banned?

Which has a very bad reputation. Yet 99.9% of it involves fresh air, great views, a sense of freedom only birds know and people still only focus on that 0.1% at the end.

- Comment on Microsoft starts testing Copilot Vision update that can “see” your screen and apps 10 months ago:
That’s the funny thing. It did give me the Python code to do it. In the end I just used Google translate and copy-paste to do it. But I can’t set up a python enviroment on my work computer (without admin access).

I’m not impressed with Copilot. Today I tried to have an Excell file translated and it just couldn’t do it. Just a single column, simple text and nope, couldn’ do it. Paste the text of a cell right into Copilot worked fine, but I wasn’t going to do it manualy with the 13000 rows. Tried the same with ChatGPT and that didn’t work either.
