  I really don’t get this.

  House price to income ratios are at all-time highs. How could be calling housing a “very cheap” asset? Could housing costs really spike more than they have?

  I’ve been of the mind that we’re in a housing bubble that’s going to crash sending prices down 20%. I’m no billioniare investor, so what do i know, but still shocking to think that the 1M California starter home is “cheap.”

  Yeah it was absolutely insane how long Diablo 3 was taking, so yeah Torchlight released when people were desperate for ARPGs.

  This is precisely the reason I’ve been using LLM so often. Finding what I want on Google or DDM has become two time consuming. I’m sure the answer is on there. I just have to scroll through all of the BS ads, spam content, AI written garbage.

  I disagree. DMs are most certainly a core use-case. I would argue that it’s a part and parcel feature for any group/voice chat app. DMs have been a standard feature in every major voice/video app, group or otherwise, for over 25 years.
