message editing is an odd one, several times I’ve edited a message and not seen the change reflected on my other devices for hours at the time. Makes me wonder if my recipient get the updated message with a massive delay as well.
- Comment on Report: Microsoft to face antitrust case over Teams 6 months ago:
Teams also sets itself to autostart with Windows, even if you choose not to, or diabale it from the startup manager, it overrides it upon next launch.
It’s the only software I’ve ever seen doing that crime against humanity.

- Comment on Workaround helps improve gaming performance on outdated Intel CPUs — Resizable Bar UEFI mod works with CPUs as old as Sandy Bridge 9 months ago:
In order to use the resizable BAR feature.you need a compatible CPU and GPU. This would make it possible to use older CPUs but you’ll still need a compatible GPU which I think it’s series 2000 and newer for nVidia, so no.
- Comment on More and more USB sticks and microSD cards are being made with dubious components — data recovery firm uncovers no-name, low-quality NAND inside many devices 9 months ago:
I have this one and I use it exactly as you describe, when 2 card are connected it recognise them both as separate drives.
So I can backup my camera photos (SD card) to the micro SD card just using my phone via the USB C port. Then I can connect it to my desktop computer with the USB A end
Although I think it is discontinued

- Comment on Music Piracy Is Back, Baby 9 months ago:
The fact that they changed the default library view from playlists to a random mix of playlist, artists, albums and podcasts without the option to choose just one category is baffling. I’m all for user options, but not by taking user choice away
- Comment on Music Piracy Is Back, Baby 9 months ago:
One of the main reasons I still pay for Spotify is because it is very cheap in my country, specially when dividing a family plan. However I noticed that the user experience has gone downhill over the past years.
I remember when I could seamlessly switch playback devices, from my car to my phone, to my computer and them a Chromecast almost instantaneously. Now I’m lucky if my device recognise each other even if they are on the same network.
And if you have a poor internet connection, the app is near unusable because it tries yo grab online content first before checking whatever is downloaded. Time and time again I have to put my phone on aeroplane mode just for the main menu to load, it is so frustrating and this didn’t happen some 5-6 years ago

Another common argument I’ve heard is regarding crime and criminals. Some politicians in my country tout that you cannot arrest criminals and we spend a fortune maintaining jails as if they were 5 star hotels. This is of course not true, but it does rail up the tough on crime crew who believe the only reason crime is rampant it is because it somehow allowed by human rights.
