More like Disney has final say in anything inside these gates that appear to be guarded by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
- Comment on Tesla issues 5th recall for the new Cybertruck within a year, the latest due to rearview camera 1 month ago:
Are you suggesting that they get sent on route with no drivers in them and have the risk of running over pedestrians and cyclists on the way back to the factory?
- Comment on Tesla issues 5th recall for the new Cybertruck within a year, the latest due to rearview camera 1 month ago:
At this rate, they are better off just scraping the Cybertruck and issue refunds to everyone who was stupid enough to buy one.
- Comment on Microsoft retires WordPad after 28 years — app no longer available as of Windows 11 24H2 1 month ago:
I wonder if anyone thought about looking up WordPal in the Microsoft Store and think about maybe that could be what it evolved into.

In that case, get some Invidious instances running on servers in Albania, problem solved.
- Comment on Startup Says It'll Use Huge Space Mirror to Sell Sunlight During Nighttime 2 months ago:
Yeah, what you just stated about a concave mirror is not only ludicrous, but would be very destructive to the wilderness and wildlife and probably would be time to contact every wilderness and wildlife defense group to have this so called start-up shut down.
- Comment on Startup Says It'll Use Huge Space Mirror to Sell Sunlight During Nighttime 2 months ago:
Oh okay, it’s just that I feel attached to the woodlands and find comfort being in the middle of the forest, and seeing what is going on here made me feel really concerned for the environment and nocturnal species. Like, what if you happen to be an animal that is on the prowl or is active at night and all of a sudden its daylight due to sunlight being reflected from a mirror in space?
- Comment on Startup Says It'll Use Huge Space Mirror to Sell Sunlight During Nighttime 2 months ago:
Just looking at this has me feeling really concerned when it comes to the environment and nocturnal species.

I think the next step is to call for a criminal investigation into Elon Musk for installing spyware on a US Warship, and get him charged with espionage for the Russians or Chinese.
- Comment on Google Maps tests new pop-up ads that give you an unnecessary detour 4 months ago:
For some reason, this got me imagining an ad causing an unnecessary detour the wrong way on a one way road and cause a head-on collision. which is going to get them hit with a class action lawsuit that could send their line graph all the way down into the ground.
- Comment on [Gamers Nexus] "Google is Getting Worse," ft. Wendell of Level1 Techs 4 months ago:
Well, for one thing, I would want to find out if there is a way to mount a remote drive service to a drive letter on a Windows machine like Google Drive so that I can have it as a backup option that would keep my stuff privacy, and not scraped by some AI LLM.
- Comment on I backed my car into a cop car the other day... 4 months ago:
You are lucky the cop didn’t get out of their car, come to your driver’s side window, and point a gun at you yelling, “GET OUT OF THE F***ING CAR NOW! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST FOR RECKLESS VEHICLE REVERSING!”, while preparing the open the door or smash the window in to pull you out by force and drag you down to the ground to arrest you.
- Comment on [Gamers Nexus] "Google is Getting Worse," ft. Wendell of Level1 Techs 4 months ago:
Some of those errors were about the drive being full.
- Comment on [Gamers Nexus] "Google is Getting Worse," ft. Wendell of Level1 Techs 4 months ago:
Sorry for not being more specific about what I need, I will explain it here.
With Google Drive, it gets assigned to a drive letter on my computer which is H: here and I’m not sure if any other Drive alternatives do that or not.
Right now, I currently pay $3 USD a month for 300 GBs of Google Drive space and they appear to go up with 5TBs for $25 USD a month and $10TBs for $50 USD a month.
I’m not interested in One Drive as that is Microsoft’s Shit.
- Comment on [Gamers Nexus] "Google is Getting Worse," ft. Wendell of Level1 Techs 4 months ago:
Apparently, doing a sync with it just on my documents and photos, it ended up filling up the Proton Drive and giving hundreds of errors on one of my Windows 10 computers.
- Comment on [Gamers Nexus] "Google is Getting Worse," ft. Wendell of Level1 Techs 4 months ago:
I just signed up for that just to check it out and compare it, and it looks like upgrading the storage on it is more expensive than Google Drive.

I would need to see some alternates for Google Drive in that case.

And now probably can’t wait until someone accuses Facebook, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Twiiter/X, Reddit, etc., of similar anti-trust monopoly practices and give the fediverse the appearance of the only option to switch to.

- Comment on Regarding sublinks and feeling concerned about what is going on with it 7 months ago:
Actually, I just cut and pasted that kbin.run link into another browser on another computer on the same network and its working there, so that rules it down to a LibreWolf issue going on.
- Comment on Regarding sublinks and feeling concerned about what is going on with it 7 months ago:
Well, I’m not sure how to check and see about fixing that, if its on my end and not kbin.run’s end.
- Comment on Regarding sublinks and feeling concerned about what is going on with it 7 months ago:
I just tried to follow that link and it appears someone needs to notify the website owners about this error message I’m getting from it and I’m using LibreWolf for my browser for privacy reasons.

- Comment on Stuff I began feeling very concerned as well as anxious about stuff I have been hearing about 10 months ago:
Just to let everyone know, I’m listening to comments to this and still waiting to see if get new comments, especially about my community ideas that I’m thinking about based from how I have been feeling here. I’m currently feeling like the community would be like a peaceful place in the eucalyptus woods surrounded by koalas in the trees, where this a mixture of discussion on environmental and woodlands conservation, certain technology that may be concerning and what is happening to it, stuff from as far back as the 80s, 90s, and 00s that would still be useful and would still like to see around today, stuff being depreciated and obsolete that maybe shouldn’t be depreciated and obsolete, such as stuff in the POV of someone who is like a Luddite or an Amish person even though I’m not actually like those, I just have another was of thinking to discuss about and seeing stuff at a different point of view that seems much safer than seeing people blow each other up. I also feel that such a community would give people a relaxing atmosphere as well and I might even create a Discord Server for it at some point. Please let me know what you think of all of this, thanks.

It appears the app is only in the Google Play Store for anyone who is using an Android device, not in the Microsoft Store for those running Windows Something on their computer.

I have started checking that site out and it seems very good. I’m currently trying Primeval Forest, even though the water stream in it sounds more like a raging waterfall than a trickling water.
