And now probably can’t wait until someone accuses Facebook, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Twiiter/X, Reddit, etc., of similar anti-trust monopoly practices and give the fediverse the appearance of the only option to switch to.

- Comment on Regarding sublinks and feeling concerned about what is going on with it 1 month ago:
Actually, I just cut and pasted that kbin.run link into another browser on another computer on the same network and its working there, so that rules it down to a LibreWolf issue going on.
- Comment on Regarding sublinks and feeling concerned about what is going on with it 1 month ago:
Well, I’m not sure how to check and see about fixing that, if its on my end and not kbin.run’s end.
- Comment on Regarding sublinks and feeling concerned about what is going on with it 1 month ago:
I just tried to follow that link and it appears someone needs to notify the website owners about this error message I’m getting from it and I’m using LibreWolf for my browser for privacy reasons.

Oh okay, it got me confused and made me feel concerned because I don’t want to end up losing the community I created here.

- Comment on Stuff I began feeling very concerned as well as anxious about stuff I have been hearing about 4 months ago:
Just to let everyone know, I’m listening to comments to this and still waiting to see if get new comments, especially about my community ideas that I’m thinking about based from how I have been feeling here. I’m currently feeling like the community would be like a peaceful place in the eucalyptus woods surrounded by koalas in the trees, where this a mixture of discussion on environmental and woodlands conservation, certain technology that may be concerning and what is happening to it, stuff from as far back as the 80s, 90s, and 00s that would still be useful and would still like to see around today, stuff being depreciated and obsolete that maybe shouldn’t be depreciated and obsolete, such as stuff in the POV of someone who is like a Luddite or an Amish person even though I’m not actually like those, I just have another was of thinking to discuss about and seeing stuff at a different point of view that seems much safer than seeing people blow each other up. I also feel that such a community would give people a relaxing atmosphere as well and I might even create a Discord Server for it at some point. Please let me know what you think of all of this, thanks.

It appears the app is only in the Google Play Store for anyone who is using an Android device, not in the Microsoft Store for those running Windows Something on their computer.

I have started checking that site out and it seems very good. I’m currently trying Primeval Forest, even though the water stream in it sounds more like a raging waterfall than a trickling water.

As for your community-idea: I’m the wrong one to advice anything.
And yeah, I prefer to speak to the right one to advice anything regarding my community-idea(s).

Yeah, I have not been in gimp yet and it may be overkill for my purposes.

Don’t be technophobic. Our technological advancements are a beautiful wonder to marvel at. It’s what we usually do with it that’s questionable. And win11 isn’t that much worse than win11. Except the startmenu-changes. I hated it so much, I ended up coding my own startmenu 😔
I’m not exactly being technophobic here, I’m referring to technological advancements that I feel are very questionable while I look back at what technological wonders we used to have in the past, and wonder why they were depreciated and obsoleted instead of made better. I’m thinking of what we had that was analog vs digital. For one thing, we had some good old OSes such as Windows XP and I wonder why it wasn’t just updated to work with newer computer improvements and security patched against hackers. It feels like we could be at Windows XP SP8 going into Windows SP9 now at this time and age. And I did real that someone at Microsoft did said that Windows 10 would be the last version of Windows, but with Windows 11 being out now, makes you wonder wasn’t Windows 10 supposed to be the last version of Windows, what gives.
Also, it should be noted that at least two of my four computers that I have which have Windows 10 on them states “This PC doesn’t currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11” in Windows Updates, which I believe is due to their ridiculous system requirements.

- Comment on YouTube is deliberately crippling Firefox on ARM systems 5 months ago:
Okay, what I was trying to do with Redirector is have it so I can search and browse videos on YouTube, but when I click on something that I want to watch, it forwards me to the same video on YewTu.be instead.

And you can also smell that musky smell on Twitter and decide to go to a Federated network instead like Mastodon.
- Comment on Google admits it's making YouTube worse for ad block users 5 months ago:
Sounds like its beginning to reach the point someone may decide to code an add-on or extension that adds a “F*** YouTube” button to a Youtube Video page where if you click that button, it would take you over to the equivalent YewTu.be page of the video currently being viewed.
- Comment on Google admits it's making YouTube worse for ad block users 5 months ago:
I have LIbreWolf with uBlock Origin and NoScript (and Redirector I can turn on to redirect me from watching videos on YouTube.com to YewTu.be on a moments notice of something funky going on with YouTube), and so far, I have not noticed any ads or anything for a long time. I’m probably at the point of beginning to wonder what a YouTube Ad is.
- Comment on YouTube is deliberately crippling Firefox on ARM systems 5 months ago:
Well, you might want to look at the Wikipedia article on Net Neutrality to see whether or not you are being schooled on it.
- Comment on YouTube is deliberately crippling Firefox on ARM systems 5 months ago:
Well, I just got Redirector last night to check it out and it took me some time to figure out how to get it to work right where I have youtube.com/watch?v=* redirecting to yewtu.be/watch?v=$1 in case there is something funky going on there that causes me to need to have that redirect active.

Except they have not gotten any blood sample or a passport scan from me yet. And even if they were to try to get a blood sample out of me, they risk getting an example of actual koala blood from me to see what those idiots would do with that. 😂

Yeah, the latter appears to forward you to X/Twitter and I don’t think you want to be going there as Mastodon would be the better choice.

Well, the reason is because I still have a lot of family on there.

Well, so far I have not been asked to give them any sensitive private information, but that has me wondering what it would take for them to be found in and face criminal charges for being in violation of the California Consumer Privacy Act with this weird shit going on.

Yeah, that is what I am thinking as this had started this month and I never had this happen before.
