- Comment on GOP Proposes $4.5 Trillion Tax Giveaway to the Rich While 'Ransacking' Food Stamps and Medicaid 2 weeks ago:
No it is not, you need to understand the difference between intended meaning, neither is incorrect, they just have different goals, it’s like the 10,000 definitions we have for the economy, there is an economists definitions and layman. Neither is implicitly wrong because they are all accepted meanings, especially when using the imperfect which in this context people often are.
- Comment on GOP Proposes $4.5 Trillion Tax Giveaway to the Rich While 'Ransacking' Food Stamps and Medicaid 2 weeks ago:
It might be semantically incorrect but it is still a decrease in tax for the rich which given the current disparity in wealth frankly earns the slant.

- Comment on Ryujinx Switch Emulator Project Shuts Down Under Nintendo Pressure. 4 months ago:
Just once in their life, I wish Nintendo would be cool and understand that this isn’t hurting them. There is no overlap between the sort of people who would buy games for the switch and the sort of people who emulate their games.

That’s it. In my mind, Nintendo is actually worse than Disney.

There has been enough study on the subject that for jobs that lend themselves to the work from home model, it absolutely does increase productivity.
I do think there should be an option to work in office for those who can’t work from home for personal reasons.

- Comment on Qualcomm wants to buy Intel 5 months ago:
Things don’t just become a national security asset that easily, though, a long-standing relationship with trust is something incredibly important.
- Comment on Qualcomm wants to buy Intel 5 months ago:
Good points. I guess what I should have more accurately said is that Intel has a long standing working relationship with the American government.
Given that Intel is an asset to national security. I think any sort of buyout would be under intense scrutiny from the US government.
I did miss that Qualcomm was also American though, but I still think about it would be treacherous regardless.
- Comment on Qualcomm wants to buy Intel 5 months ago:
I just don’t think, regardless of financial situation, Intel would want to put them in their post right now. Everything they’ve communicated to their shareholders and the public at large signals that despite a recent downturn, they really believe they have a strategy for long-term market dominance.
