The trick is to use other people’s time and money to create crime against nature.

If you disconnect them you can charge them fees
- Comment on I know Mormons can't have alcohol, but couldn't they just dip their tongue in a glass of beer and not move it? 3 months ago:
That was the joke about Baptists in my hometown. It was impossible to only invite one since everyone knew everyone’s families.

it sucks that is a common revision in most cities I’ve been in. Let’s just have a highway with 8 lanes and have a tiny turn lane in the middle into a major road without lights at the turn it’ll be great. Not to mention it splitting the city in half and pedestrians who don’t want to walk a mile to the next crossing cross this 8 lane highway splitting the city in half.

- Comment on USA: The Minimum Wage Should Be $24 per Hour Not $7.25 6 months ago:
States do have their own minimums. Washington State for example, is tied to something(I don’t have what it attached to rn) and it’s at $16.28. Fun fact, some states even have a tip wage at $2.15 in which it’s usually put on the customers goodwill to make their wages match the minimum in that state which is usually the federal minimum wage.

- Comment on What will happen to large companies once poor people have no more money to use? 7 months ago:
Currency will still be used. Unless everyone starts to absolutely own nothing, there will be bartering with something other than a fancy note with a promise of value from your local government. For example, food has been a staple currency for as long as agriculture has been a thing.

I am so ready for that giant snake that bursts out of a wall of my childhood home while I am wearing a sharp looking suit. Been running that drill since the age of 7.

- Comment on YouTube is increasing Premium prices in multiple countries, right after an ad-blocker crackdown | You either pay rightfully for the video content you consume, or you live with the ads. 1 year ago:
I have thought about this but haven’t seen anything about whether or not they will regulate the ads better. I enjoy not having obnoxious, repetitive ads. I also enjoy having no ads and directly supporting the creator of the media I like.

They guess.
We leverage our own proprietary data model and will provide estimates of the number of times the runtime is distributed for a given project – this estimate will cover an invoice for all platforms.
- Comment on Do younger people go home earlier now? Or go out less? Is it since COVID? 1 year ago:
I would say from personal experience it’s nice to have an evening to myself after events. I’ve stayed out late playing shows at bars in my early 20s while working a full time job and it is a godsend to have time that isn’t for sleeping to spend my own way. Again not everyone yearns for that introversion time.
