- Comment on What can I do with US$10K that is a good investment? 1 month ago:
Don’t disagree about stuffing it in VTI… But, be aware that things can go up and down, so don’t obsess over the value one you put it in. It’s long term so it should go up over long term, but they’re can be months sheets it goes down and even a year where it doesn’t do well

Of on the outdoor side, then nothing, but if it’s double panned and on the inside, then you may have broken seals. Not a problem, just asthetic.

How do you consume so much psyllium? I find it difficult to get down because it turns to goo very fast

Now elect me head off development at Larian and I’ll make it happen
- Comment on Larian CEO is "frightened" by Baldur's Gate 3's success but it's "very motivating" for "our next big game" 1 year ago:
I’d be fine if Larian improved the mechanics, constantly iterating on making a better and better D&D engine and put out new modules using it. Ditch the Baldurs Gate name and mythos, and implement existing D&D modules with their engine. That cash cow could milk itself, and every D&D nerd out there would be in heaven

- Comment on Lemmy developer, @SleeplessOne1917, argues for the killing of Israeli civilians and children 1 year ago:
Let’s read it correctly, instead of distorting it. The quotes above argued that 15yr Olds are valid targets, not celebrating their death and not all all children. I realize the difference doesn’t matter much, but in discussion is better to be clear
- Comment on Bike Riders of lemmy, you okay with me riding my eScooter in the bike lane? 1 year ago:
But electric is ok? Is it just combustion engines?
- Comment on Bike Riders of lemmy, you okay with me riding my eScooter in the bike lane? 1 year ago:
I don’t mind bikes, E or otherwise, in the bike lane, I do mind gas powered scooters, vespa etc. I’m not sure I can put a pin in why, except they stink and often are riding too fast and weaving in and out wrecklessly and just using the bike lane as a passing lane, returning to the regular road when they can

Every morning I look at everything and have to block about 20 communities because they aren’t English. I filter posts on language, but these have no language set, so they come through. Would be great to tighten up language detection, or community defaults
