    Put a small part of it on side. It’s more than enough to never work again.

    The rest (like 95%) of it, I would use to buy and/or build homes across my city and offer affordable housing for everyone. Especially for college students, who get fucked over by the mind boggling rent prices the most.

    Just to fuck with the companies and landlords in our area.

    I would buy all of the “commercial” land that I could just to spite developers who want to mow down all the trees to put up strip malls.

    Spin up a non profit and start funding infrastructure projects that governments won’t.
