I loved the dialogue and NPCs in the game but the perks made the gameplay not fun. I hope outer worlds II solves these issues

What is this? French? I can’t speak French!
Took me by surprise. What a incredible twist. The old powerful tome is not in an ancient language but in French, which some poeple might also jot speak
